How is my family's data protected?
Every family group is private. Roles (Owner, Editor, Viewer) let you control exactly who can add, edit, or view content. Data is stored using industry-standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my photos and stories?
Yes. You can export your uploaded media and request full account deletion at any time from the app settings.
What age is TreeHouse for?
TreeHouse is designed for users 13 and older. Younger family members can be included via family content added by the account owner.
Do you send marketing text messages?
No. We use SMS only to send a one-time passcode (OTP) when you sign up, so we can verify your phone number. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS Privacy Policy.
